He is able to workout longer. Has increased energy both to workout and after his workout. The capsules are easy to swallow and ease on the stomach. He doesn't feel queasy even when taking on an empty stomach, which is honestly not common, most supplements on an empty stomach make you feel nauseated. This supplement does what it says, very effective. They may be a little pricey compared to other supplements, but it’s because they work!
