Once you accept that they are of 100% plastic construction these lights are well made (and, for the price, plastic is to be expected). They surface mount rather than require a standard box so take that into account when considering your application. They appear to be water tight with gaskets for the power wires and around the lens. The front cover clips onto the mounted light hiding all screws and making the LEDs only visible indirectly. Good value and plenty bright enough for my gates. Update: After 2½ years my lights are still going strong on an automatic dusk-til-dawn cycle. Excellent value.

I installed 3 of these lights in an outdoor brick wall to replace some old aluminum recessed fixtures that had disintegrated. While they are not UL listed - and not likely compliant with the National Electric Code - they are CE compliant (European equivalent of UL) and if installed responsibly, should not be a hazard. Time will tell if they are durable. Since they are inexpensive, I'm going to order 3 more just in case.

I bought several of these to replace old exterior step lights that were no longer serviceable and their grills were damaged. The electrical boxes containing these old lights were embedded in a concrete wall and bigger than the new lights. So I purchased 3/16" textured ABS sheet, cut the sheet to completely fit over the old box and mounted the new lights to the ABS panels. So far the new lights have withstood several rainstorms and overspray from sprinklers and provide good downlight.

Just ordered 4 more, 15 total now, got the first batch of lights in July of 2017. We use these for interior lighting for not so bright areas to see where we are walking, they have been powered on for 15 months solid not one led has gone out. Easy to wire, surface mounted.

Easy to install. Used to replace existing fixtures. The lights are very bright. Wish there was a warmer color in silver fixtute. Works well so far (1 month)

Very pleased with these lights. I used them to replace older non-working stair lights. It was an easy install over the old inset fixtures, and I sealed them up with silicone. As you can see in the picture, the color temp is on the whiter side, and I do wish they were more yellow. They are also very bright, so I installed a dimmer in the line to make them a little easier on the eyes at night. Overall great lights, especially for the price.

Good but one light is not working , seller is quickly responding to resolve and service is excellent ! It is bright and good . Not too easy to install .
