MacBook Users Need to use Apple multiport adapter
MacBook users, you HAVE to use Apple’s AV multiport adapter to extend your screen to this product. Non Apple splitters/HDMI adapters will no work. Screen won’t even acknowledge a connection. I’m using two Apple adapters, one for each USB C MacBook port to each LCD (bought 2). Picture quality seems pretty high quality not sure about sound. Just want to manage expectations for MacBook users

Incomplete accessories
The monitor is missing the base screw, it's not a big deal if you already have a monitor arm but if u don't have one, keep in mind that u won't be able to use the monitor, I expected more from KTC.
