1stly the product i ordered thru snapdeal was lacking charging wire,regretted my decision to buy thru sd and ordered one thru amazon,was relieved to find charging wire but this time this lacked funneling kitThis customised funnel is necessary to fill water into the bagYes ,it water not gelSomehow managed to fill it through a syringe coz was tired to replace it againProsIt has auto power cutoff,its been quite a few times when I forgot to switch it offHeat lasts for 1hrConsColor n print fading off,but it's a ₹300 product what more can you expect

Great product at great price, amazon delivered it properly as well. actually i order it for my father who was using similar bag which was gifted to him a couple of years back. it stopped heating & hence got a new one. i was looking out for one in larger size but didn't get it. heats up to maximum heat (which is quite hot actually) in about maximum 5 minutes & retains heat. the bag is leak proof as my dad have been using this since over a year now. before this we were using similar product for a couple of years, which too has STILL not leaked (which means all these chinese items are of good quality, unlike normal chinese goods).

I use this bag for approx. 25 times but now Bags packing seems very loose, may be it can leak if i use it regularly.I recommend only use these products for 30 to 40 times, after it may leak. In such price what we can expect.

it does heat up fast. heating lasts as long as it does in a hot water bag. Just saves the hassle of heating water and filling up the bag and also risk of scalding hands while filling. Can be used on the go or while traveling if u have access to electric sockets that is. but even 5 mins heating gives a good result.

It is good to use while traveling and very convenient

Delivered on time. But we found the plug was molten exposing the leads inside. Hence had to return it. Did turn it on, as it was shock hazard.
