With room enough to accommodate my 17.5" hp laptop (snugly) and lots of room left over for books, my tablet, headphones, cell phone, etc., this is my new daily working backpack. The main compartment will hold my 17.5" laptop and has an open pouch for paperwork. The secondary compartment is big enough to accommodate a second laptop (same size) and has two open mesh pockets and another large pocket. The THIRD (yes, there are three main compartments) is designed to be like a portable desk drawer, with pockets for you pens, pencils, note pads, cell phone, etc. It even has a detachable key ring for your car or office keys. The backpack has three zippered outer pockets. One is in the back, hidden behind the vent mesh padded back panel. That's great for securing valuables. Finally, the backpack also has a built in USB power cable, that you can connect to a power pack or other USB device inside, then connect it to a charger cord or other USB device OUTSIDE, without opening the backpack. That's super convenient. The two mesh pockets on the sides are great for water and snacks. Frankly, this is a complete office space in a bag, including the breakroom. Good purchase. Five stars.

I’ve had this backpack for three years and it’s still exactly the same as when I got it. It’s been through rain and other hard weather and it’s perfectly fine. It’s very tough and waterproof, it’s very hard to stab a pin through it. It’s also very comfortable for my back and very safe for my computer. It can hold a lot of things. I like that I can charge my phone on the go. I highly recommend this bag!

I love this laptop backpack. This has a durable, appealing appearance and is very lightweight. The material has a nice feel, with heavy duty zippers to access the many pockets throughout. Internally, there are mesh pockets, including one to hold a power pack, which is not included. There is an attached cord with USB end point to connect to your power pack, which runs to the external power access point on the side. I was able to put the contents of a laptop shoulder bag and an additional shoulder bag into this one backpack and IT WAS MUCH LIGHTER WEIGHT than the other two bags. The shoulder straps, handle, and lower back pocket have loads of padding, which makes this very comfortable to wear. This feels much lighter weight than other backpack laptop cases, but with much more padding for the devices. The internal padding surrounding the laptop space is sufficient, even at the bottom, to avoid any laptop damage. My laptop is 15" x10" and just fits perfectly. I would not recommend any larger laptop for this case. I'm very pleased with this product and highly recommend it.

I received the laptop backpack yesterday. As a college teacher, I carry 3 bags to school everyday, my laptop bag, my purse and my bookbag. I love this backpack because it's multifunctional and practical to use. The backpack has a total of 7 different sizes of zip pockets, and within the three big pockets, there are some pockets where you can put your laptop, books, iPad, cell phone, wallet, pencil case, school ID, keys, and make-up case, etc. With this backpack, I can consolidate all stuff from my 3 bags into this one backpack, very practical. There is a built-in USB charger, which is very convenient to charge your electronic devices. The backpack is of very good quality. The material of the backpack is very durable, and has a nice color too. I highly recommend this backpack to busy professionals, college and high school students. You will love it!

Update: One of the zippers on the backpack came off track and I sent a photo to the seller. The seller replaced it immediately. Great customer service as well!Original: This is a beautiful backpack. The grey is very impressive. I also like the pocket layout. I'm a 100,000 mile per year flyer and this has a great combination of pockets. I'd like to see a small pocket in the front of the shoulder straps for cash/cards and maybe a folded boarding pass. The side mesh pockets should also be deeper to accommodate an umbrella and a taller water bottle. Otherwise I'm very happy for the price. I'm not sure about durability yet--will update if that becomes an issue.

I got this to hold my DJ gear while touring and it's perfect! Laptop pocket is secure and easy to open to grab your laptop for security at the airport. Other pockets are perfect for the rest of my gear and there are some inner pockets for things you don't want to lose. Great value for a versitile backpack. The top carrying handle is awesome, too, since I carry the bag in my hands on crowded trains and have to move it around a lot--never realized how much a sturdy top handle would enhance a bag! Highly recommend, esp if you need something versetile and functional ASAP like I did.

I took this to Europe as a carry on/diaper bag for my two year old twins. Fit both their ipads, my kindle fire, well over 20+ diapers, a change of clothes, numerous battery packs, medication bag, etc, etc. It worked great without being heavy or painful on my shoulders or back and I have a bad lumber area. I now use it as a weekender when we stay at my boyfriends. Holds enough diapers for them and clothes for all three of us.

This backpack is also can be used as a good travel bag with suitcase. The back strap can be put over on the haddl of the suitcase, make it completely sercured, you don’t have ever to worry about dropping bag or setting the suitcase over. Another good thing is the phone charger connection build-into the bag to make convenient and easy to charge your cell phone. The multiple sized layers to hold all kind of things. The backpack size is perfect. This is the best useful backpack I ever had.

I have bought various backpacks on Amazon, all of which have been a major disappointment.This bag has lots of compartments/space. I am amazed what I can fit in this back for my University classes, and still have room! Definitely recommend this bag

Exactly as described. I love it, there is a padding at the lower back side of the bag, (touching my back) which really helps my posture too. The size is unbelievable big, but it doesn't look bulky. I am a 5'3 person, so the bag doesn't feels like carrying me LOL! I love it. It fits my 17" HP laptop, my 10" table, coffee mug, my small cross body bag, foods, keys, even 2 flat shoes, and a running shoes, scarf, sooooo spacious. Highly recommend it. Thank you!

BLUF: This is a good backpack - it has good storage options. Overall it is well-designed and compact. I am about to go on a long trip, so I will update my review after this trip. However, there is one point I am disappointed with: the claim that it flips open to 180-degrees for ease of use at airport screening. In fact, it does not. The zipper in the back section of the backpack only comes down to about 3-inches from the bottom of the pack; so... the pack actually does not open 180-degrees. This was one of the main selling points that attracted me to the pack... and in the end it did not function as described.

It’s a good bag, not very durable. My laptop was in my bag in a laptop sleeve. I had the bag on one shoulder and the strap disconnected, the bag slammed on the floor and my laptop shatter. If you do get it I would recommend tying multiple knots on the straps so they don’t disconnect

It's great size (can fit my laptop, ipad, 3 1.5 inch binders, 1 3 inch binder, lunch, and personal items) I expect the laptop compartment to open up all the way, but it doesn't. The straps are also super thin and hurt your shoulders
