**Putting the rating down a bit because when I took it out in heavy rain it let the water in - not waterproof**After 8 months of regular use this has torn on the inside but luckily that opens into the front pocket - very important as I carry electrical equipment around in it. The front pocket is not quite so waterproof, being a zip closure, so be careful about what you put in there. However, the bag is very comfortable to wear and the roll top mostly keeps things dry and safe. The back is padded making it more comfortable to wear but the bottom is not so stuff inside is not protected there. When I have less items in there I roll it down for a smaller bag and when I fill it with groceries I can unroll it and fit loads in. I use it a lot and often it has heavy gear in there so tbh I'm pleased with how it's lasted so far - guess if it had torn onto the outside I would be annoyed. Handles and straps all still well attached. Handy inside zip pocket at top and pocket at the back. Side pockets on outside are useful too but they don't have any closure so nothing of value goes in there. At just under £30 this is ok - I wouldn't have paid more though.

I no need to worry about raining days because this backpack is waterproof. I no need to worry my things inside the backpack will damage . Overall, this backpack is valueable to buy.
