Great mix
there seems to be a little bit of color variation in there, so I’m not sure what all kinds of squash there may be in there. It does say zucchini, but there are different colors. Either way it taste really good when you put them in soups. I even threw a little in some sour cream and made a dip with it. Good stuff.

Interesting as an add-on for muffins or other breads
I've always loved zucchini, so I thought if we did lose power or needed food to fall back on this would be a logical choice. I tried it in meatballs this last time for a Slovakian meal, and it was delicious!I like using things like this also for muffins or loaves of bread.

terrible product.
Used to mix with my ramen noodles even after boiling some extra time it was hard and fibrous. My wife said she could not eat it was so tough. I have used the cabbage before and it was very good but the zucchini is just to tough and fibrous. Bad product.

Dried zucchini
Doesn’t rehydrate well but I plan to blend it for zucchini bread so that doesn’t really matter. I’ll just dry my own from here on but the container is good

Good stuff
Got it to go with my ramen and to get more vegetables in my diet. Also got the broccoli and cabbage. All are good. Love the 18 month shelf life.

A Pathetic excuse for zucchini in any form!
I soaked it in quality water for three days.I simmered it for an entire day.The pieces had skins like the oldest and hardest winter squash (not summer squash of any variety!) In fact I wonder if what was used was "zucchini" that had matured on the vine to the size and hardness of winter squash before it was picked and used for this product!Any gardener, even a total beginner, knows to harvest zucchini, or any variety of summer squash long before that.I am deeply disappointed with this product and will never buy it again. Also the remaining product will go into the trash since it is not edible. Deeply disappointed. Take heed!

Having dehydrated on hand is not just for camping
I am grateful for the people who make dehydrated foods available to those of us who don’t always have fresh and frozen available to us. Making homemade soups, breads and muffins taste great using dehydrated zucchini. Sometimes I rehydrate it and sometimes I don’t. Try it to see your preferences. It tastes good and makes cooking easier.

Yummy!
Ok, you are fixing a stew or soup. It's a little blah. You could have a full inventory of every fresh vegetable known in stock. If so - that's a might big fridge you have there. The alternative is to have a few jars of these guy's products. It lets you put in enough of this or that to liven things up. You don't have to waste a bunch, you just put in what you need. Put the jar back on the shelf. Simple / quick / tasty. No it's not like great great grandma did it. Teddy Roosevelt hasn't been president for quite a while either ....
