Unpleasant flavour
I recently purchased this product. It has a mildly sweet flavour and stronger bitter/ burnt flavour. I used it in tea and the tea tastes more bitter than it should. I bought one kg and the rest of it will probably be unused. I made a sweet dish and that didn't taste so good either. Not a recommend purchase.

The only one
This is the only palm jaggery powder I see across online sellers which is both of good quality and price competitive. And even then this is give times normal jaggery powder cost and hence hard to buy regularly. But I recommend for the quality and taste. You can use half the quantity of what you use equivalent in normal jaggery powder.
