It upgrades glass to EU safety standard BSEN 12600, which is required by law for certain glass sizes and locations. How Safety Window Film Works When installed onto the glass, the strong adhesive bonds to it, creating a barrier.When smashed or broken, the film holds all the shards together, eliminating the normal hazard. Excellent Optical Clarity The film is optically clear to the human eye when installed. This means theres's no visible tint and will allow clear vison on both side of the glazing. How to Install After removing the backing liner, the self-adhesive film is easily installed onto flat smooth glass only, using soapy water, a knife and hard card squeegee.
