Worst experience ever. I bought an Iced chocolate hair color and my hair color didn't change even after applying it two times. This product is cheating people and is of pathetic quality. Please refrain from buying this product and invest your useful money somewhere else.

I have to admit that the customers who have previously written about the product being less than average in quality are very correct. My experience has been similar with the coloraturas lasting only for 1 wash. Surely the standards of the quality check are very low.

Absolutely worthless product didn't see any changes in my hairs and most importantly its even making my hairs to fall

I am using this product for last five years.After using this i observed that product is not same standard which I brought from.market.so I am unsubscribed my order.

I bought this item for Rs 535 with shipping fee and all the three itmes in pack have different MFG date and expiry date. Further the bottle of developer creme viz of 72ml is only 1/4 filled, it means it is a used item totally embarrassing....

I have been using this colour since a year for my prematurely grayed hair. It leaves your hair shiny and smooth after application. I have smoothening done with my hair and still this colour works great on it. It doesn't damage hair at all. Colour stays for about 2 months with my frequency of hair wash i.e twice a week.Amazon delivered it on time.

I think supplied product is fake, see in first two picture shows font used for product name is different than usual. The spell of colour is as color, usually it is used as colour in original (3rd picture). Also colourant tube colour is white. In original, it is reddish ( 4th picture) Spell of colour is color on supplied colourant tube.

Seen various negative reviews about not lasting so long - I think it could be because of incorrect use. your hair should NOT be oiled & you should not use a Shampoo or conditioner for a couple of days before applying. I find it lasts quite a long time & I only need to re-apply when the roots start showing.Also various posts about 'Fake' product because of the new packing - these seem unfounded as I have seen same packaging in big stores.Lastly - it is NOT cheap - tried using cheaper products (like Garnier / Godrej) earlier but this is best & value for money, especially as I get around 4 applications per pack (Females would probably use up most of the pack).

Will continue to use this. It does not dry my hair. It takes a while for the package to arrive though
