It is the best option available while traveling. Insulin stays cool but depend on weather for effectiveness.

Please note that this review is written solely based on my experience with it. I would like you to be aware of that since what you are carrying in it is a life saving medicine. We used this for my parent's insulin cartridges for our two months' stay in the US, meaning quite a few cartridges. It was a 30 hour flight (including stop overs) and all the cartridges arrived safe and effective. We did not have to throw away even a single one. It saves having to request the flight attendants to keep your insulin in the fridge and remembering to get them back while leaving the plane. You can have your insulin safe with you all the time. Please take care to follow the instructions carefully. We purchased it last minute and the delivery speed and packing were excellent too. Thank you so much.

Great product to store insulin.

Absolutely hopeless! Please don’t waste your money on this crap product. It can’t be returned. It doesn’t cool

I kept it submerged in normal water for 20 mts. Put it in the outer wallet. But it has NOT cooled any inj put in the outer wallet.

For insulin dependent people, it's a must have product. If it's completely dry then it takes half and hour to get ready. While continuous use just run cold water on it and it will be ready to use again.Note - Don't dry it under direct sunlight, let it dry in shade if not going to be used for a while. I have ruined my product by doing this mistake.

Good product. Keeps cool for up to 24 hours, after that it loose efficacy. But I am happy with the product.

The case received doesn’t match the size that is publicized. You advertise Large and the one received is small. Features need to be changed specifically because this is for medical purpose.
