Corrugated Fuel Hose 5/16" ID x 10" Long with Stainless Steel Vapor Clamps for In-Tank Use

Works great for replacing the hose in the Delphi sending units for the 94-96 GM B-body (Caprice, Roadmaster, Impala) that come with a Sunsong hose that's not reinforced for LT1 pressures. Flare the ends a little with a set of smooth needlenose pliers, spray a little WD40 on, then wiggle them on. Hopefully Delphi fixes this problem soon (as of 2019-2020) but if you're on of the unlucky ones having to install a new sending unit and 300 miles later you lose fuel pressure, this solves it.

Replaced the “in tank” fuel pump line in a 2002 mustang GT with this hose. original hose was a 3/8 line. Bought the next size down (5/16) to ensure a very snug fit over the end fittings. Heated up the ends, slipped them over the fittings and once the hose cooled, it formed to the fittings and didn’t even have to use the metal clamps. Very good product. Looked like a factory repair once finished up.

Misleading title. heh.My hose from my fuel pump to the engine is running through my tank, submerged in gas.it kept disintegrating!My solution was to find a plastic, corrugated fuel line.I found this.great price! I needed it quick, it arrived in less than a week.it was very tight getting on all the connectors (I actually snapped my fuel pump connector..that was my bad.)but it's been on for approximately 3 months now. me and a buddy went on a 200 mile road trip and I was worried about my hose line breaking again. but this held up amazingly!10/10 recommend.

Though I had to expand the hose ends slightly, and the included clamps were useless as you couldn’t get them past the flare bulge, it made for an EZ fix for a cracked fuel hose in my Vrod gas tank causing long crank time.

The hose and clamps are of high quality and they worked perfectly for my Harley Road King.

I made my own hose from the fuel pump in order to get nylon quck connects in vice the metal crap connects.works great.if you use 1/4" barbs, you will need to line the barb end with 5/16 nylon, then insert it into this flex hose; so these hose ends are a bit > 5/16".The barb ripple still shows through the nylon hose.Just double clamp it.The nylon quick connect barbs go in ok, but not as tight as they do on 5/16" nylon fuel line. Again just clamp it.Clamp everything.

Advertised as 10" long, product received was only 8" long and in my case not usable. The hose clamps pictured are not the ones I received either and are unusable because of the barb fittings. It's a shame, because I ordered this product about 2-3 years ago and it worked great and matched the description.
