The install was super easy and they work perfectly. I'd recommend these to any third gen Tacoma owner to spice up the look of the taillights. However, I'm only giving 4 stars because the housing for the reverse lights isn't correct. The reverse bulbs will screw in and out of the OEM taillight just fine, but the housing on these aftermarket ones aren't a 100% copy, so the bulbs don't screw all the way in. I had to press down pretty hard and tighten them just a bit in order for them to stay secured, but there is still somewhat of a gap between the bulb housing and the rest of the taillight. I don't think it's enough to be concerned about, but it is something to point out.

I waited awhile to purchase these and after talking to a good few friends and off roaders who had them I made the purchase. after inspecting them out of the box there was a scratch on the inner side of the passenger taillight witch I didnt mind to much and could see past it, install was simple went off without a hitch, I had the lights on my truck for 4 days and only went to work and home during so while testing the lights, on the 4th day after install I noticed the back end of the taillight sticking out, upon further inspection the light housing and glass had separated, after touching the side of the glass to see if the adhesive was still intact the glass cracked. mind you I have not gone off roading or done anything rough with my truck including torqueingthe bolts down to tight while the taillights were installed. lights look cool and work fine but I'm not risking this happening with a second pair and im getting a refund instead of asking for another pair.

I typically wait a bit to leave reviews, but since there weren't any for this product I wanted to get some information to potential purchasers. Functionally, I like these. The running light is the u-shaped tube, turn signal are the outside LEDs and brake light is the square of LEDs inside the u-shaped portion. There are some LED markers on the outside of the light as well. You will reuse your reverse light bulb. They also have built-in resistors so you won't need those unless you have LEDs in your front signals.First. Be careful plugging them in. It's easy to blow a fuse and then wonder why portions don't work. Best part of that is that Toyota uses low-profile mini fuses that are almost impossible to remove from the fuse box (use the puller under the cover of the underhood fuse box). Fortunately, regular mini-fuses will work, you just won't be able to get the fusebox cover back on.Anyway, my reason for two-stars is this: These things cause A LOT of radio interference. Turning them from off to on makes an FM radio station from complete static to completely listenable. The brake lights and turn signals also cause interference, but not as much.Is there a fix for the interference? Possibly. Ferrite beads can sometimes help. It's hit or miss. I'm going to give them a shot and see if it helps any. And if that doesn't work, I may try some sheathing. Whether it does or not, I'll still leave the review at two stars because the interference is a sign of cheaply made LEDs.

These lights costed me over 400$ in repairs after it caused a short in my 2018 Tacoma. Ended up blowing 6 fuses in the process. I followed instructions to the letter. Best to stay away from these.

These lights are a great fit on a 19 off road long bed. Super easy install, took about 15 minutes tops.I’m giving this 4/5 stars due to the reverse lights not being led. They use your existing reverse bulbs.My first set wasn’t sealed properly and moisture was getting into the passenger side. Seller took care of the problem and sent me another set quickly.Everything is holding up great!Been using them for about 2 months now and am pleased.

They seem like they were second hand. I see multiple issues bad sealing and my reverse lights aren’t working nor do they fit and I don’t have time to trouble shoot. I had another set close to 8 months ago with no issues until I slammed into some trees and cracked one. I finally decided to replace them and again and man do they seem to have gone down in quality.

Item arrived with missing wires. One single red wire on the middle connector and nothing else. Overall look of the light was ok but the workmanship was shoddy. Sloppy wiring, wires missing, Excessive amount of epoxy of some type holding the wires together in a big blob, etc. There was clearly no care exercised in the manufacturing process and there was no way I was going to let these near my truck. Took them out of the box, looked them over, packed them back up, and took them to UPS to return. Very disappointing product. Yikes.

Nice looking tail lights. Better than the oem red ones by far! Couple of issues though; on the driver side, one of the wires was exposed, can actually see the metal conductor, along with what appears to be burned or melted plastic on the square resistor component. Also, the reverse light on the passenger side would not seat properly inside the tail light housing. Driver side was no problem. These units seem to be suffering from some very poor quality control in the manufacturing process. Pretty sad. Paying over $200 for quality like this?!!
