Can anyone tell me where I can get instructions for this?

Please call the company and ask them to send to you the instructions and if you did not get the certificate of authenticity to ask for it as well. I bought this for a present for my cousin and she received the instructions on how to use them as well as the certificate of authenticity. All products arrived sealed and in excellent conditions.

How do you use the oils

Use them by placing a cross on forehead while saying prayers for when you feel you need guidance or are not feeling well.

Is this water actually blessed or is it just from the River Jordan?

I don't believe that the water is actually blessed it is just water from the river Jordan, which is supposed to be the 'holy' river and the supplier is promoting it on that basis.

I just received my order but there was not certificate of authenticity or instructions on how to use it. Has anyone else had this problem?

I bought this for a present for my cousin and the package arrived complete with instructions and with the certificate of authenticity. The product arrived sealed and no delivery issues were encountered. Call the company and ask for the certificate of authenticity, I am sure they will mail it to you right away.
