This kit comes with everything you need to "tune up" your grill. I installed this in my 5050 Duo and had excellent results. Please note that in this kit, the burners mount to the rear brackets with screws, washers and nuts that are provided--not sheet metal screws as with the original burners. On that note, I suggest that you leave the rear burner fasteners slightly loose until you get the front valve assembly reinstalled, as it affects the positioning of the burners. Once this is done, then tighten the rear burner fasteners. You will find that there is more wire than you'll ever need from the igniter module to the new igniter electrodes, so use a few tie wraps to tidy things up by tucking and fastening the spare wire inside the panel of the front valve assembly. One thing that was real plus to this kit is that the new grates came with the indexing "bumps" on the bottom, to keep the grates aligned with the lower grill housing. All in all, a nice kit that installs easily (provided you don't have to fight rusty fasteners from the old burner mounting brackets).

My grill was in pretty good shape but the inside was rusting out from 2 years of use in particular the brackets and heat plates. The parts are everything you need to refurbish your interior grill, Grill panels, brackets for the front and back, burners and even the ignition starter with wires and all the screws, washers and nuts to assembly it without having to purchase a thing. Great buy for those who aren't yet ready to get rid of the Grill. My only struggle was getting the old screws and nuts off - I had to sheer them off with a chisel and hammer. Once removed it was cleaning the interior of the grill and replacing the old with the new. which didn't take long. One suggestion is to put the burner on to the rear brackets before installing. Trust me it makes your install much easier (installing small nuts unter the burner & bracket once bracket is on is nearly impossible). The images posted are after I installed and tested the burners (just my way of ensuring everything worked, I also surface treated the plates and grill with a small layer of cooking oil - slight orange look in image on heat plates). Overall it is a great by and strongly recommended and it looks good... imagine having the right parts for the job. That's what you get with this entire purchase. It's Worth it!

I purchased these replacement parts for my ten year old Char-Griller Barbecue! They fit perfectly and provided new life for my classic vintage Barbecue!

Pros: Perfect fit for our 6+ year old Char Griller Duo 5050. Price much less than than the CharGriller website. Came with everything mentioned in ad. Cons: Ignitor cables excessively long. No written instructions included. Wish they sold the base too. Noticed a large rust through hole in the base when dissasembling so ordered the base through CharGriller website and it came with the flame flareup/burner tube brackets already installed; bonus! The CharGriller preinstalled rear bracket burner line hole were not large enough to use the enclosed machine screws with; so removed preinstalled bracket and replaced with new part.

This was a perfect replacement for my Chargriller. All the new parts were better than the originals! The worst part of replacing these parts is that the OLD parts were rusted on. The bolt that holds the bracket to the front and back (the part that the heat discernment shield sits on) had to be drilled out before I could put in the new ones. That's not the fault of the replacement parts manufacturer but it's something to consider. You'll need a 1/4 hardened drill bit (these are the black ones) to drill out the old bolts if you're are rusted together. After those are out the rest of the installation was simple. Stainless steal parts are great!

Everything fit perfectly for my grill and makes it work like new. The only issue I had was the igniter for one burner was slightly out of position.

Great price and fast shipping. Great quality as well. Believe it or not, I didn't need all the parts, but it was still cheaper to buy this kit than buying what I needed at Home Depot.

The parts rebuilt the grill....the grill works really well now
