Why does the handle of the gripper 60" (grey) have a "warning" sticker that says" cancer and reproductive harm?

Although I am not in scientific or medical expert of any nature their food is not foreseen logical answer to that question but people do put strange things in their mouth which is the only foreseeable reason this could do the damages listed.

Thank you for choosing Rubbermaid Commercial Products. Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality and service. The Rubbermaid Commercial Gripper 60" Fiberglass Wet Mop Handle does include the gripper. The Gripper style mop handle should be used with 5" headband mop heads only.

can this mop handle fit 2 mop heads

I do not think 2 mop heads would work in this mop pole
