There are no cut to size template on this. I used the original trainer insoles and cut to shape from the top. They fit my trainers and are a lot more comfortable than any I have tried in the past.

These really have changed my life. I have high arches (pes cavus) and am very heavy, my new job involves being on my feet all the time and as well as the long-term issues of hard skin buildup, corns on the ball of the foot, I suffer a lot of pain in general through the percussive shock of walking on mechanically unsound feet. I also have almost non-existent "fat pads" on the balls of my feet.These insoles keep me on my feet in minimal discomfort, they handle the shock impact incredibly well. Real lifesavers for problem feet. On my fourth pair, mainly because my dog loves to remove them from my work shoes and chew them to pieces when I'm not looking.Length and width wise, they comes as "size 10-12" and fit my 11.5 ultra-wide shoes perfectly. Not sure how these would fit smaller shoe sizes in the range.The best insoles I've had, after 30+ years of trying many.

I have bought this to replace the same brand pair that was issued to me by the N.H.S. over 12 years ago. I know that they are hardwearing and durable, and do a good job for arthritic feet. Very much recommended.

As a diabetic with neuropathy I get great foot comfort from this product. I have used them for many years.
