Don’t do it
I received a defective p.c. with the included accessories being new in boxes and acceptable. Amazon offered tech support over the phone with no solution available. I guess the bottom line is, the vendor was always unavailable to discuss the issues and Amazon was witness to it. Unfortunately, the pc sent never made it past the update portion for Windows, so I never got to see if the advertised internal specs were accurately present in real life. It was my burden to repackage the disappointing product, along with the new accessories and carry it to UPS for a return. Also my burden to wait for my refund. The pc itself was disappointing. The apathetic response from the 3rd party vendor was unacceptable. Amazon was the most help. I would never, ever purchase anything from the third party vendor again. Buyer beware. You will learn about the blue screen of death, if that’s something you’re interested in…. Also, would like to note, the box the items came in had a big phone number printed on it with the last digit of the number missing. It didn’t look like the box flap was damaged, just perhaps a misprint, except after my experience, it seemed more scammy.
