Perfect. Started taking this daily due to anemia. Iron was not gonna do it for me. Since taking it I haven't had low RBC or hemoglobin in 4 years. I take this specific one because it comes with B12. Taking Folic Acid can sometimes mask B12 deficiencies. So taking them both together is great. Body absorbs it very well. And I have great energy levels too. Felt like my old self again
