Are you suppose to leave product on at night? Or wash it off after how long?

Don’t wash it off!! Let it work for about 2-3 minutes before putting anything else on your face such as moisturizer. Start with clean face Don’t put it around your eye area. What I do is wash my face and then use a pad as my tuner. On my face neck chest and hands. As it is “working” I brush my teeth and put my eye cream on. Then after 2-3 minutes add whatever else I do to my face - serums, moisturizer. Hope this helps. I love this product and have reordered 3 times that’s how much I love it

I read that peels are supposed to activate collagen and firm saggy skin. Do you find this to be true of this product?

Yes, I have used every kind of cream and potion. This reduces pores and tightens the skin. It takes time. I noticed the pores first getting smaller. I love these pads!! I don’t know if they activate collagen. But it works, very gradual but I saw difference in 2 weeks.

Do you put on lotion afterward?

It's always a good practice to moisturize after any type of exfoliation :). I would avoid any lotion that contains exfoliating actives if you are using it directly after these pads.

How long do you keep it on before you have to rinse it off?

You don’t have to rinse it. I think the instructions said you could rinse it off after a few minutes, but it isn’t necessary. I leave it on overnight.
