I would like to begin by stating that I am a BIG GUY. It is extremely hard to find good BJJ equipment at a somewhat affordable price.When I stumbled upon this rash guard with a "larger than most" size available I was sceptical, but I bought it anyhow. (BJJ gi's are HOT and I wanted something I could roll around in and do no-gi) My experience trying to squeeze into rash guards before was nothing less than embarrassing, so I figured this would end up no different.When the rash guard got here it was packaged nicely. I was a little concerned because it looked small holding it up in the air, but it is meant to stretch. I tried it on and I felt like it was going to be the same as all the others, but it continued sliding down over my belly where most stopped and - to my amazement - it even had a very comfortable and wide elastic band around the bottom of the shirt which kept it from rolling up!It fits a little snug - it should, it is a compression-style rash guard. However, I wore it all day to help break it in under my work clothes. It never got too hot and it never pinched I'm any uncomfortable ways. The best part - IT NEVER ROLLED UP! Unlike all of the other rash guards or dry guard athletic shirts I have worn, I never had to find a secluded spot where I could take a moment to pull down an embarrassing shirt ride-up where the previous shirt became a support brazzire for my roll factory.I absolutely LOVE this shirt. Buy this.I have trained BJJ for over 6 years. I own dozens of rashguards from a dozen different vendors.Kingz, Phalanx, X Guard, Tatami and more!This rashguard has near identical stiching to the Phalanx ranked rashguard. I find the anti-rollup material to actually do it's job, unlike other vendors. It is light weight, but also has some thickness to it, making it feel durable.My experience with Elite customer service has been outstanding. Always very quick to respond and knowledgeable about their products.I'm 5'11 220lb. The large rash guard fits perfectly! It's simple design and vibrant color make it appealing to own. I personally love the shade of purple they use.All in all this rashguard is cheap and ideal. The people at Elite deliver a quality product at the cheapest cost to the customer. True service. I hope they come out with more unique designs!

Just FYI, I'm writing this review from my wife's Amazon prime account that I used to order it. I own at least 8-9 rash guards and must say this is one of the highest quality I've seen. Better than several of my "big name brand" $50 rash guards. The stitching on every seam is perfect and even, not a single thread out of place anywhere. As far as the fit, it's the typical slightly tighter side (like 90% of rash guards I've tried) so I always order 1 size up (I'm 5'10", 170lbs and ordered large) and it fits correctly. It's got a solid seam all around the bottom that holds it to your waist area and the height is perfect. I like the simple but stylish look to it as well. Very impressed to find something this high quality especially at this price point.

My name is Garrett Flemmons I work and train at Phoenix fitness & Martial Arts in Glen Allen, Virginia, I have been doing jiu jitsu for over a year now as well as Muay Thai and boxing. With my primary focus being jiu jitsu, gi and no gi, just like so many others I found myself running through "rash guard" after "rash guard", I put quotes because I really had no idea what a real rash guard was untill I found this guy, I loved my under armour and nike shirts, but they always ripped or got tattered or rolled up during a roll, this guy is unbelievably strong! I am 215lbs and roll with quite a few guys 260+ some even300+ And this puts up with with them pulling and ripping and trying to pass guard... trying ;) it does an awesome job trapping sweat without feeling disgusting. It has not rolled up once during a roll and it hasn't stretched out or shrank it has held its size very well.Now being a bigger guy I've always been weird about compression shorts cutting off circulation in my arms or stomach or whatever have you. This rash guard feels like it literally forms to your body and does not pinch or cut off circulation ANYWHERE. I feel so comfortable in this rash guard and would recommend it to anyone that needs a rash guard for whatever reason, MMA, Sports, even surfing maybe? Im no professional by any means but this rashguard has given a fine example of a professionals rashguard.

Spring has sprung! And if your gym is like mine, then that means it's time to lose those toasty long sleeves and break out your summer gear.After searching around through several brands I opted to try the Elite Sports short sleeved rash guard. I was intrigued by the descriptions of the waist band and was hopeful that the design would work well on my smaller frame (I am 5'6" and 120# female for reference, I selected a small). The rash guard fits great. Seems very sturdy in its construction. I also noticed after working out in it, that it dried really quickly. That's a nice touch for those competition days!The previous base layers I had been wearing would ride up and bunch up around my waist, and after every roll I'd find myself stopping to tuck my base layer back in to my gi pants. Annoying, right? Much to my delight, the rash guard stays put while drilling and rolling, and I can now spend my time focusing on my lessons rather than worrying about my equipment. This was the perfect addition to my bag and I'm really pleased with my purchase. I'd buy it again without a second thought.
