Better Than Orotek
These are very similar to the orotek blue ones but they dont break as easily and they also reach a bit further. I had wax that just wasnt coming out no matter what I did and I had been using the orotek ones. When I switched to this one, I started getting the wax out because it was just beyond the reach of the other ones The best way to get to the wax, is to put it in as far as possible, and then go straight up with it, up and out. Then go straight in and back towards your outer ear, then out. I had been getting my ears clogged for 6 months at a time where I couldnt hear. Once I unclogged them, this is the product thats been preventing it from happening again. Also another tip, is to take a cotton ball saturated with hydrogen peroxide and tilt your head so your ears pointing upwards. Drop 2 drops into the ear. Wait 7 seconds, plug the ear with dry cotton and turn your head the other way so it drains out. Then take this tool and you will be pulling out foamy wax that seemed like it wasnt there when you used it dry. A lot of people (myself included) will use peroxide and let it sit in the ear for a few minutes with the head tilted or upwards laying down. Dont do this! Thats a good way to clog your ears for months. the reason is, that wax is created just inside the ear hole. Its supposed to drain out of your ear. But some people get a buildup just inside that hole. The worst thing you can do is use a q tip because that pushes the wax into the ear canal. But laying down with peroxide will start dissolving wax but because your on your side, it all starts draining down onto the eardrum, instead of outwards. Youll end up with a melted candle covering your eardrum and once that happens, your pretty much deaf and its almost impossible to remove it. I finally did with warm water/peroxide and an ear bulb but it took a couple hundred squeezes. I dont recommend doing that. Just go to the Dr if it doesnt rinse out after a few tries. But then once your all clear, the method I detailed above really does work to keep the ears from getting clogged again.

Works great
I've bought a few of these now and I definitely prefer them to any other ear cleaner I bought. I like the stopper makes it so they can't go too far into your ear and the scoop really helps getting all the ear wax out. My biggest problem with them is there is a little weak spot on them from the injection molding and that tends to be where they break. I have a couple of them on rotation so that if one breaks I'm not out of an ear cleaner. Overall pretty good.

Just keep using qtips
Its not gentle - its not padded, but rather harsh edges from plastic, and it serves no purpose. just get a qtip and use it instead.

Does the job but broke easily
It does what itโs supposed to do, but it broke after two or three uses while using minimal pressure. Not sure if I got a bad batch or if they are all like that.

Pricy upfront, but if you have waxy ears, it might be worth it!
I wasn't sure if buying this as opposed to the disposable Clinere cleaners was the best decision. I knew I wanted to go with Clinere because I had tried their disposable cleaners before, and they worked very well for me (I have very waxy ears), but I didn't like the idea of having to keep getting disposable ones. This seemed sort of expensive for just one plastic ear cleaner, but I think it will ultimately save me money. It's lasted a few months now and I don't think it will have reason to break anytime soon. I don't like the shape quite as much as the disposable ones (it's narrower and a bit pointier, so you have to be extra careful), and it doesn't have the fins that those do, either, but it still works to clean out earwax. I've also still got a bottle of the ear oil from when I got the disposable ones, and I've found that pairing that with this cleaner works better for me than just using it without oil. But it works without the oil, too. Fairly easy to clean--I've followed the instructions and just use a soft toothbrush and soap followed by rubbing alcohol. But it is sort of tedious, and sometimes I forget or don't feel like going to get all that stuff if I forgot to bring it with me.

Broke after a few weeks
This *should* be a firm silicone ear cleaner but it is actually a hard plastic tool. It kind of rough on the ear. The stop guard is good to keep you from going too deep. Quality is not great because it broke after a few weeks and a lot of.other reviews mentioned that as well.
