Definitely keeps you warm.
I use it for outdoor HIIT training so it makes you sweat even more whilst keeping you warm. When you take it off that is when you really appreciate how effective it was!

Great all round
Great fit although could be tighter around the middle to “hold” the stomach in a bit more. Great feel, comfortable to wear and easy to wash!

Perfect fit but less comfortable.
Vest is perfect if you ask me about the size so if you wear t shirt size M you should buy it also In size M, of course you will know that you wear it because it is little stiff and not so comfortable like I wish it could be, but it not limiting your moves or anything, so far I’m very satisfied with a purchase and maybe I will buy another one if a future.

Good item for what I need it for gym work only.

Ensure you have right size,as when it gets wet from sweat would be hard to get off if too small.
Comfort is good,will work as a normal workout top,no need for a top over it in the gym.
