Really nice company with a product that works
I have issues with my left hand - arthritis in one finger and a partial finger amputation in another. This ukulele chord changer enables me to play ukulele. Company is VERY nice. I emailed them with a question and they answered immediately and sent me what I needed. If someone wanted to move up to an advanced level, they'd need to actually learn to play the instrument. For my purposes, which are personal enjoyment and getting together with a few beginner friends, this allows me to play along. Without something like this it would be very difficult for me. The chords are limited but it's a good start with no frustration.

Put on a Watermen Uke
I placed it on a Watermen soprano for my 6 year old Granddaughter. She like it but uses it as player and not able to read the book that comes with it. It Is good to give her a chance to learn to strum and play eight cords and later I hope she may take it more seriously. A great way to get them started, I recommend it for Your young ones.

Easy-Peasy
Once I figured out how to put it on the fretboard, it worked great. This elementary music teacher is one happy camper- and my students can sing along with me on day #1!

It’s fine
It does what it says but certainly doesn’t teach you anything. Does allow you to play chords with no skill or ability

Soprano Ukuleles ONLY
With a combination of Parkinson’s and mild arthritis, I have difficulty fingering some chords. We thought this Changer might overcome these hurtles. Great idea, but... 1. Soprano ukuleles only, because of the Changer’s specific dimensions.. My tenor ukulele is totally unworkable. 2. Noisy. The hard plastic construction makes noises upon use of some keys 3. Learning this provides no assistance in using the frets normally. My instructor is pushing for me to return the Changer, along with the soprano ukulele to make it work.

Helps with my sensitive fingertips
A funny thing happened to me on the way to getting old -- my skin, already more sensitive, even where it is number, thanks to neuropathy, got thinner, so I cut more easily. Those strings on by uke are like knife edges to my fingertips. I played a guitar 45 years ago, and the steel strings didn't bother me. But these uke strings, though not steel, are threatening men with mayhem. So I recalled that one of my brothers had a uke when he was young -- back in the days of Arthur Godfrey talent show -- and it came with one of these gadgets attached to the fret stem. It may be limiting but to what? With it I can play over 100 songs, way more than I'll ever learn to play.
