How can i get this toilet to close the lid before flushing? auto flush times are all shorter than auto close times.  toto ms992cumfg#01.

Hello, You are correct. The auto close function can be set to close after 25 or 90 seconds after the user has walked away. The auto flush can be set to 5, 10, or 15 seconds.  So unfortunately, this does not solve the problem for you. The only solution at this time is to disable one or both of these auto features. For example, you could disable the auto open and close feature and close the lid manually after flushing. Is this tolet compatable with RVs that have full time 120V power?

Hello, Thank you for your interest in the NEOREST 700H.  This item requires access to a 120V GFI protected outlet within reach of the 3.9-foot power cord that originates on the left side of the unit (when facing the toilet). If the RV has a 120V outlet then it should be compatible, but we would suggest reviewing the installation specs to confirm this item will compatible with all other installation requirements. Please ensure that your drain is a 12-inch rough-in and that your water supply valve is 7-1/2 inches to the left of the center line of the drain on the wall. what do I do about water coming out of wand being cold and slow flow?

There are 2 problems here. First, the temperature setting may need to be re-set with the control remote. Sometimes when the batteries begin to lose power, the remote needs to be held close to the rear of the unit to re-set the settings like temperature. The second problem relates to flow and there are instructions in the handbook of cleaning the filter to improve flow. This is something that tends to occur when you life in a hard-water area.
