I've been using these capsules for years, work great and at a reasonable price.

Great great for GLP1 users
We are taking GLP1 and this has helped, let’s say, keep us going every day. Pills are a bit large but easy to swallow. the only negative is each serving is five pills. They also sell them in our local Kirkland store.

My doctor told me to start taking fiber so I found these. I think you get a good amount for the price. I do not think the pill is to big. I do think the Fiber has been helping I started off with just taking 2 and not started taking 3 and it has really helped.
