Perfect, works and looks flawless...
I was very concerned about the whole "renewed" deal, but the phone came boxed in a very sturdy package, white Amazon "not the original packaging", phone looks and behave's like now, screen is perfect, no scratches whatsoever, phone fast charges wirelessly, is lightning fast. Like I said I was very worried about about the refurbished issue, but I was totally surprised by, no matter how hard I looked, the excellent condition that it arrives in. I will give "Electro Wireless" 5 star's...

Screen is not sensitive to touch and goes black for several minutes
The item is reasonably priced, slim and the screen is clear. My biggest gripe is that the touch screen is not very sensitive and takes several seconds to respond. When you enter the passcode, the screen goes black for seconds and sometimes doesn't respond at all. I have to try several times to get to the home screen. I only use the device for one app, so I put the app on the home screen to pop up as soon as I enter the code. But if you need this as your main phone, good luck.

Where's the imei number I need?
Great phone after removing massive amount of bloatware.. Should have really good battery life after lowering screen resolution from ultra-reality to normality.- this display is so sharp it will cut your eyeballs. Now the bad-came without an imei number! Also did not have a sim card These are both Super helpful when replacing a lost phone, you know the lost phone with the lost sim card that you need to set up a phone without an imei number? Seriously, no numbers. Not on the phone, not on the box, not on a caring post-it note. People, this is a great phone. It really is. I Like it. Just make sure you get all the stuff you need.

Very impressed with the 1st LG-7G
Well, I received the 1st phone quickly. I reordered a 2nd for my wife. The appearance of the 1st phone was indeed like new, needless to say, I was surprised. I'm not use to getting anything used that looks decent. But, that's not what I bought it for, is it. After reading some reviews about people getting the phone and having issues getting it to work, I was uneasy till I had Verizon activate it. Well, other than having to deal with Verizon's lack of customer service, the phone works as it is suppose to. Very happy with it so far. A new one cost $750 through Verizon, so a new looking phone that works like a new phone, at 60% less, makes me a happy camper. Now, regarding the 2nd phone. It seems to work fine, though it appears to be an older model than the 1st. I'm really not thrilled with the appearance to the 2nd phone in comparison to the 1st. The 1st phone was like new, with no scratches, or ware marks. Not so with the 2nd. You could clearly see scuff marks from a foot away on both bottom corners . The case that I bought distracts from noticing it, but that's not the point. It states that the phones are like new, and that you can't see any ware from a foot away. Well, I'm not knit picking , mainly because it doesn't effect the function of the phone. It's got more to do with cutting corners on advertising. All in all, I'm happy if the phone serves me well.

Mixed feelings
This phone is very reasonably priced for it's capabilities. I received a Verizon branded phone that was unlocked. It came with a generic USB C charging cable and no sim removal tool. I successfully activated it on Total Wireless without trouble. The screen had a small (1.5 cm) scratch that I now can't see after putting my own tempered glass screen protector on. The phone case had signs of light use, no major damage noted. The phone came with Android 8.0 without security updates, this surprised me with a "reconditioned" phone. The "over the air" update within settings claimed there was no updates available. I had to attach the phone to my computer using the USB cable and update the phone to Android 9 with security updates dated June of 2019. Now both the computer and "over the air" update show no further updates available. I'm unsure if the update on the phone will now work or if I'll have to continue to use the computer method. Also, disappointed that newest update is over 6 months old. Battery life is adequate, but not robust. I'm getting 10 hours of light use before battery gets down to 20%, this seems short for a "reconditioned" phone, I assume the battery use original. Over all this is a decent buy, but I would weigh the possible hassles of a reconditioned phone at this price point. Update: This phone continues to not update, even after a hard reset and restore. My son has the same phone on Total Wireless and his updates correctly and has security updates dated December, 2019. This phone is going back.
