Used this at the Gym and found it helpful after a intense training session. Kept me properly hydrated. Being able to buy it bulk is excellent as it works out cheaper than by it individually at the gym.

wow feel the difference
Could feel the difference after one bottle so now a daily routine to drink one, cannot seem to get it in supermarket so Amazon seems to be the place! Not used the usual rehydrating powder from the pharmacy for ages now

I use too get this from Asda , but for some reason they've stopped selling it. But I'm glad I found you on Amazon. Love this water. Really helps while I'm on Keto. Puts the life back into an ever shrinking body. That's great stuff.
