Question 1

Does it contain tea tree oil? One review said the one they received has it, but it isn’t shown on your ingredients list here as pictured.

Hello, 
Tea tree oil has not been an ingredient in Paw Soother since early 2018. A recent batch was mistakenly labeled with old labels that included tea tree oil in the list of ingredients, but to reiterate, tea tree oil is no longer an ingredient in Paw Soother. Any Paw Soother purchased after Jan 2018 is free of tea tree oil, regardless of what the label says. 
We take the safety and health of your pets very seriously at Natural Dog Company, and we would never do something that could jeopardize your best friend. 
To help with any confusion, as of February 21, 2019, we have recalled all mislabeled units from Amazon, and are shipping in new units that are labeled with the correct label.

Is this good for dogs who go on runs?

Yes! Paw Soother is perfect for dogs that go for runs, especially if any of your running takes place on concrete/asphalt. Apply the balm after a run, and you'll see your pup's paws improve and remain healthy. Give it a shot...your dog will thank you!!

Will this help my dog from licking his paws?

I don't think this will solve your problem. My dog licked it right off, I had to distract him after applying. Have you worked with a vet to try and figure out why he's licking his paws? Allergy's, or Yeast infection are common causes of paw licking.

I never received my order.  It says it was delivered with a picture of a larger box.  The onky thing in the box was grass seed i ordered.
