I am a Kim Chi fanatic but find it hard to locate in my local area. My preference is fresh Kim Chi rather than the well fermented type so having a vendor that will package fresh and ship is awesome. When I first placed my order I kind of got buyers remorse and was going to cancel my order as I felt the shipping rate was too high. I was actually very surprised when the vendor contacted me and offered me a one time S&H reduction to just try their product so I definitely jumped on that. Given that level of excellent customer service I can definitely say I will order again from this vendor even if for some reason I don't care of the Kim Chi when it arrives just based on excellent customer service as I feel that is a dying art in the online retail these days. Keep up the great customer care and know I will definitely be ordering other products from you again shortly.REQUEST: I wish you would start making cucumber Kim Chi, it is so awesome and I can never find it to buy!

Excellent quality, arrives freshly packed and sealed in an insulated box with ice packs. To my delight, it arrived quickly and tastes delicious. I would let it sit at room temperature for a few hours to ferment a little longer if you buy this. I like it spicy, and on a fresh bed of rice, and this Kimchi does not disappoint. It's already almost gone after a week. I need more Kimchi so I am going to buy more. Owners put a note that says it available in the local stores, but It isn't at my local store. This Kimchi tastes great, the Cabbage is crispy and the Chile's are flavorful. You can't miss out on this wonderful Kimchi. Absolutely delicious!!!-

I ordered this online and it was delivered with reusable freezer bags and arrived nice and fresh. The taste of this product is outstanding. It's not to sour tasting, just the right amount of kick to it. I only wish it came in a bigger bag! I put the leftovers into a large mason jar with a lid and refrigerated. Go ahead and try it, you won't be disappointed.

The kimchi arrived promptly. I could not wait to break into it. I must say it tastes way different than what I have ever had! Usually the stuff is very fermented to the point of blowing the lid off the container and that is how I thought all kimchi tasted. I bought this brand from the grocery store , the lid was bulged and when I opened it , it "cooked' or boiled , all the jars we're like and it was still good. But the bags I got today , if it is made to order , then this is fresh and a new experience! I really do like it , it has great flavor and of course totally addicting. Since it came in bags , I put one in a quart Mason jar. I will be ordering more . Great job!!!

I never taste Kim Chi before. What an experience ! It came in a foam box with the smell preceding it. But I did not left the smell stop me to try it on the spot. Whoa what a nice flavor. It taste better than the smell. It did not last long . I did not even let it mature more as suggested. I jjust wish I could find this in Orlando, I would be a steady customer. The shipping is quite high. It came with a small packet with some white frozen substance with the mention NO TO BE EATEN. Thanks for telling me that because being new to this product, not really knowing what to expect, I was wondering what to do with this pack. Will be buy more Thank Amazon for having such a delicious product.

Arrived several days late (USPS fault) and was leaking. Luckily there was enough juice left to keep it. It's good kimchi, but it will never be worth $25 ($15 plus 10 for shipping) for such a small amount.

I was a bit disappointed in the quantity received. The photo looked like I would get a large bag, so when I received the product and only received 1/5 of what I thought I would, I was a bit shocked, especially considering the fact that I paid almost $25 for what equaled about one jar of kimchi that I could get for $5 at the store.

This is the first time I've ever had kim chi and WOW! I love it!!! I mixed it with quinoa, kale and a poached egg in the first night. Second day used it to make a quick spicy soup. YUM! And then finally was eating out of the container. I will definitely have this as much as possible. I know the "fermented" part may scare a lot of people. Think of it as pickled cabbage with a spicy kick. I didn't think it was too spicy either.
