my imaginary knife set is just great. i simply pretend that i got them and then cut and peel away. ordered march 10.

They have a nice etching pattern and hold a nice sharp edge after a quick honing. Cut really well. Feel good in the hand.

All and all there a great set of knives I use them everyday at work and they hold up well sharp out of the box but I sharpen them at least 2 times a week to make sure they stay sharp I recommend the Diamond Rod to keep the edge since there a Japan Based knife

I got these for a good price, and for a friend. He's an aspiring chef, and couldn't have been more perfect for him.

Los cuchillos llegaron a tiempo, afilados y bien empacados. La caja aunque venía empacada en cartón y burbujas llegó algo maltratada de un lado, pero sin problema. Lo que no me gustó es que los cuchillos lucen diferente a la imagen, el metal parece más oscuro y con el dibujo damasco bien definido, pero en realidad el cuchillo es del mismo color que cualquier cuchillo y el dibujo en la hoja es apenas perceptible, parece que con algo de desgaste perderán totalmente el dibujo.

Son cuchillos con un gravado láser que asemeja el patrón del acero de damasco. Tienen un buen filo pero no es excepciónal, para su precio es un buen producto, los mangos no muestran juego y lo más importante es que brindan un buen agarre. Vienen bien protegidos y a pesar de venir desee China llegan a México sin daños y en corto tiempo.
