For some reason. Glowshift has a bad rep, i cant find out why. The gauge works good in my rx8, colors are nice and vibrant, plenty to choose from.

Great gauge, far exceeded my expectations and tinted face nice in the day when it's sunny out and the led back light is very vivid thru the magnified lense. Very accurate too , oil temp, and oil pressure hooked up on my Infiniti g35.

Decent, for the money
The backlight is weak (with the "Black dial - smoked lens") and the glare is prominent so that it's really hard to see the readings in anything other than compete darkness (see photos). One photo is taken inside the garage, on a cloudy day - major glare! The other - at night (engine off, illustrates the needle showing negative manifold pressure). The sensor is fairly big, so it's hard (on some cars - Subaru, in my case) to find a good spot to install without clearance issues, or relocating it. If you can't afford a better brand, this is usable, but don't expect wonders.

Decent gauge for a good price
Solid 4.5 stars… I know these gauges get a bad wrap, but I’ve used them many times and never had a problem. I also have an OBD-II reader that gets info pulled straight from the ECU, and they gauges are always pretty close to what Im seeing on the screen. Install was relatively straight forward, but I really wish it had enough wire to get to where you need it without having to purchase their wire add-on. Also, be careful tugging at the wiring plug from the extra length you add on, because mine accidentally got pulled straight out of the back of the circuit board and I had to repair it. Cheaply built, works well enough, at a cheap price. 4.5 stars.

The gauge is accurate, easy to read numbers , but the quality is sub par. I expected a better unit.

Great product, great price, easy to install, longevity is not its forte but I bought it knowing this anyway.

Gauge lighting is very poor and doesn’t change color. Its very dim and never brightens up. I bought a Chinese one that is well lit for cheaper price
