It's okay.
The product feels cheap and doesn't keep the contents warm for long. The top especially feels really cheap. I bought it because I was trying to replace the starbucks travel mug that my Japanese roommate gave me which looked very similar in design to this one but had a blue checkered pattern. However, this mug pales in comparison to my old starbucks one. The totoro design is already peeling from what appears to be mini scratches here and there, but I hardly ever have it in situations where that might happen. Overall, it does what it is meant to do but not very well.
