The product by itself is good, I won't say excellent as I believe there are better ones available. The noise, even at top speed is bearable (not irritating).The customer service of Kaff is prompt. I faced issue with a particular technician so I won't blame the Co. , once I contacted the service head, it was all done in a jiffy. The installation is very simple provided you are attended by a diligent technician.If you intend to hide the exhaust tube, you must make the hole closer to the chimney fixture (1 - 1.25 foot). My exhaust pipe is visible despite of making the hole as per the technician's measurements 😢.

Completely unbearable noise, as the installation technicians just don't know or didn't bother installing it correctly. I was also charged 3000 rupees for the installation an extra pipe length of which half was completely unnecessary. The second technician who came to fix the installation said that I need to expand the hole in the wall and drill another 2 inches radius inspite the fact that plastic adapter was provided and this would further be charged another 1400 rupees.. this can just go on and on... In short, frightfully bad service that totally makes the product worthless - it's sitting pretty in my kitchen unused! Also, did I mention it took KAFF to send a technician 2 weeks before anyone even looked at installation?!If you don't want to get tackled in this kind of a nightmare, just scroll on further and find a product of a different brand
