Concord Foods Hollandaise Sauce Mix, 1.6 oz (12 Pack), Just Add Water

This is a great hollandaise sauce and very east to make.

I tried this sauce as my basic white sauce and use garlic butter and white wine for my turkey meat ball dinner. It came out perfect. This will be my go to sauce from now on. Also it has very little carbs and no sugar which is great when you want a low carb meal.

I'm perfectly capable of making hollandaise from scratch, but ugh....so much extra work! I add fresh lemon juice and a pat of butter after the sauce has thickened, and it's great! If you add tarragon to it, you've got bernaise for meats, also. Incredibly low price for the quality!!!

It's good! It's easy! I add a little salt and a spoon of butter for extra flavor sometimes.

My local grocery store stopped supplying this product. I was really happy I found it on Amazon. My favorite part is that it is gluten free!

We recommend the product but suggest you, too, will need to modify the mixing instructions. We make and store by several uses from 1 package

Like the easy of making this. No lumps. Would prefer a bit more flavor but over all very good.
