I heard about these on the radio that they are supposed to really help your immunity. I've used elderberry syrup before. This seemed more convenient. They taste a little dry and stale but maybe that's just how they're supposed to be. So far so good. I don't know if I would buy them again because of the taste and the price I might try to make my own.
