One of the metal clips for the shoulder strap broke within 2 weeks on this bag, which was a little frustrating. It was still a usable bag since it also has the strudier handles, and the seller offered very good customer service in sending me a replacement, but it's worth keeping in mind that some of the metal fixtures (particularly those on the adjustable shoulder strap) seem to be a weak point.Otherwise it's a really great bag. The canvas seems sturdy, it can carry a ton of stuff (without feeling or looking bulky), it has several nice pockets and the leather and metal detailing look pretty cool. Besides that there's just a few really minor inconveniences to be aware of--the zipper on the small back pocket keeps unzipping through the course of the day, and the top zipper is several inches shorter than the width of the bag, so even though it can carry lots of large items fine, initially getting wide things in (i.e. my 16" laptop) can take a little bit of fiddling.

Love the color and the material. Pretty disappointed in the structure. I expect it will be pretty durable, but the picture is very deceiving. It looks like a structured stand alone piece. It definitely is not! It's floppy with no structure at all. It may look the shape depicted in the picture when it is totally full. I'm keeping it because I really like the shade of gray and it looks as though it will be somewhat durable.

This bag is simple in design but very cute. Just smaller than what I was looking for.

I wanted a large messenger bag so I could carry things and leave my hands free. This is a wonderful bag. It is well-made, and the strap clips are solid. It holds a ton of stuff. It's also attractive: the gray canvas is a nice neutral color that won't show light soiling. It's perfect.

I use this to bring my breast pump and accessories to pump at work. SO MUCH CHEAPER than what they charge for those bags. Roomy. Lots of pockets. Will also make a great weekender bag.

I really liked this bag, but unfortunately the strap broke rendering it useless after 2 months (just past the return date). There is also a big hole in the front pocket so I loose stuff inside of the lining. Back to shopping for another bag.

it's the perfect size!!

Very spacious, perfect for work!
