Shades of Jamie Dornan: The Star of the Major Motion Picture Fifty Shades of Grey

This product arrived on December 21st. A wonderful Christmas gift. I read it immediately. Interesting book about a typical down-to'earth man who experiences tragedy and success.I hope another book is written to continue on with Jamie's life.

Was surprised there was so much in this book about other people in the entertainment field that Jamie Dornan worked with or crossed paths with. There was too much just gossip about other people. Enjoyed reading about Jamie and his road to acting.

Not the most in-depth study of this complex, intelligent and gifted actor, but then, SOME of the material in which he finds himself acting hasn't helped much, either. Try "The Fall" if you want to see this guy's acting chops. Hopefully, there will be a well researched biography of Jamie Dornan one day when he has more work under his belt and a longer history to explore. Being a HUGE fan of his, I'm not the best judge, I'd guess, but he is going to have a long, nuanced resume one day soon, and he'll get way past "50 shades," and move into the upper echelons of acting brilliance if Hollywood gives him the opportunities. Not that "50 shades" is so awful, by the way. And it was a blockbuster. It's just that there wasn't much for an actor to work WITH. But this book? Well, you could get as much out of an in-depth magazine article. Only for die-hard fans.

This story about Jamie Dornan is very good. It will put into view the timing of his works ad life.heis a well trained man, and with his personality never wavering, has made him a star. It makes one realize h is so much more than a model. I also liked that his co stars gave their opinions of the handsome, dry personal person he is. He took care of his wife and baby while he was working and we all know how he felt the loss of his mum. All in all, it was well written and I loved it.
