Quite hard to wash.

I am a person with mild insomnia. The cervical vertebra is always painful. My friend suggested that I try to use latex pillows. I didn't believe it at the beginning. Very comfy but didn't work for me

Arrived quickly. Is very comfortable for sleeping on as supports my neck when sleeping on my side. Would recommend this to anyone who likes a firm pillow that keeps its shape.
