Nice product
The product is nice and is of a great convenience to use for facial steam. The product comes in a nice packaging and the overall design of the product looks good. The following are the pros and cons that I have found in the product.Pros:1. Water heats up extremely fast2. Product is portable and easy to use3. The design of the product is pretty good.4. Face does get a good steam from the product.5. Comes with a measuring glassCons:1. Tap water or any water with minerals cannot be used. Instructions specify the use of distilled water2. The water outlet is confusing. Water comes out of the product if you tilt it and it is designed in that way.Overall the product is good except for the water outlet valve everything works good.

So cute and so functional
I've been wanting a facial steamer for awhile but I couldnt find one that wasnt crazy expensive or cheap looking. This one was perfect! And even better is that its pink. It has a nice weight to it so it feels quality and i hope it lasts a long time. Be sure not to hold your face too close to the steam and also only use it maybe once or twice a week to prevent pore enlargement. I get monthly facials and plan to use this in between to help my skin stay even healthier.

Never going back to using a fabric steamer for skincare....ever!
I admit, a part of me regarded verbiage like 'nano-' or 'ionic' as basically just marketing buzzwords without much meaning....Oh, how wrong I was! the steam this device puts out is MUCH softer and finer than what you'd get from a garment steamer. It may not be perfect (I end up having to fill it several time per session, for example), but its still a big upgrade from what I had before , an upgrade that I've been very happy with and have a started recommended to friends/family. Its really helped reduce my issues with blackhead substantially and the steam feels awesome, to boot!

Affordable facial steamer!
This facial steamer is affordable and work as well as other steamers that I have. It is very soothing to use and remove my blackheads well. It is great item for a relaxing spa day.

Worth a try
This has been nice to try out I've never really done a facial steam before so this was a good first try. I've also used it to for a steam treatment on my hair works just as good for that.
