My hotplate works fine and my mug gets piping hot, but I have a complaint that prevents me from giving 5 stars:Sometimes the hot plate doesn't recognize that my cup is on there, and therefore won't warm my cup. If that part gets fixed later on I'm sure people will give 5 stars to this warmer! :)

I bought this for my friend/boss. I hated knowing she was having cold coffee as she worked so hard. She absolutely loves it!
