Def wear gloves when spraying, but I used it to salvage a mildewy carpet I thought I'd have to rip out and it seems to have worked quite well for that. At least it's bought me some time so it's not urgent to go through replacing the flooring right now. I sprayed top, underneath, both carpet and padding and doused the carpet tacks and this seems to have more or less the problem I was dealing with in my main bedroom. Smells nice, not overwhelming Says only non porous surfaces on the bottle but I read others saying they used it on carpets and it worked for me too

Product was well packaged. With cap taped on and inside a sealed plastic bag. I emptied the liquid into a garden sprayer to reach down into the a-coil of my A/C unit. Let it sit for 15 minutes. No more musty dirty sox smell. We’ll see how long it lasts. Mold is tough to get rid of once it gets in the system. Edit 4/10: Mold and DSS is back. Did not provide lasting residual protection. Will try something else....

This stuff is AWESOME! I bought this for my parents house. They bought a house that had been squatted in resulting in doors and windows being left open leaving the inside exposed to the elements and mice. After the first week trying to clean this mess up, my mom caught MRSA. I bought this stuff and SOAKED the entire basement in in from top to bottom. Nobody had a problem since. It killed the musty basement smell as well which is a huge plus. It does not have a strong odor either. 1 bottle covered half the basement so I'd say the value is worth it, especially with how effective the spray is.

It works great. I would suggest wearing a mask and making sure the area is well ventilated because it has a harsh smell to it.

This product worked as advertised. On one wall in our basement it work perfect. On a back wall in our basement not so much not sure why.

Used to mitigate a mold issue. Works well and fast!

I tried a different mold spray and was not impressed. After watching some YouTube videos, they recommended this product. Amazing! After spraying it on, the mold visibly started disappearing! I used it in a hand pressurized 1 gallon sprayer and it worked well. After a few treatments, the mold is basically gone! I saturated the walls and wood to be sure to kill the mold. I will be getting another gallon for the future and for other dirty cleaning areas in want to be sure nothing grows in.
