These grew for me!
I'm surprised by all the bad reviews and guessing they're from inexperienced wildflower growers. YES they will look like weeds. Wildflowers essentially are weeds. They are a commitment that take years to reach their full potential. I planted this packet 1 week after a packet from a local feed store. These are twice as thick and tall. I'm about 1.5 months in and am seeing 2 types of flowers already - plus we've been through a 105 degree heat wave, an early summer freeze, back to hot and now a drought. I recommend people who want to actually grow wildflowers, research them a bit. 1. The same flowers will not come up every year, some are every other or every 3rd, etc. Some do come every year. Wildflowers are like a box of chocolates (insert Forrest Gump voice here). 2. They need continued water, not just when you plant. I water EVERY day unless there is natural rain. After a couple months, they COULD survive, but they will strive that first year with additional water. 3. Be patient, a lot of the first wild flowers are tiny and die off quickly, that's ok, they're still germinating. 4. In the early years, they're not overly filled. I have a 5 year old field that just now is producing all the colors in the season. 5. A lot of your packets that have a lot blooming in the first year contain ANNUALS which will die off and you'll be left with very little next season. This packet is 100% perennial which means it is a longer investment to get that beautiful field look, but overall cheaper and less effort for years to come. If you're looking for that right away bouquet look - go buy $1 packets every year and replant every year. If you want to fill a large area with an authentic natural look, these get my vote! ***Updated*** added a photo showing I’m now on the second season and many variety flowers came back in. The white are natural weed flowers, but I’m seeing all sorts of other colors (purple, yellow, red, pink!). I will be purchasing again to redo the area I planted with a big box store mix that never came up.

Easy to sow wildflower seed
Easy to sow. Just planted. Daily lighting watering. Germination hasn't occurred yet.

Never sprouted
I was so excited to do this as a project with my kids. We threw some on some freshly tilled ground in the middle of a rain shower and we also tried to plant them in pots on the deck and none of the seeds germinated. We keep hoping to see something pop up out of the ground but have been sorely disappointed.

Nothing grew, at all!
My husband planted these seeds Mother’s Day and it’s now July. Nothing has grown. Their website has a guaranteed to grow promise and said that unfortunately sometimes that does happen, thankfully not too often. I found out how to reach the company outside of Amazon and they were quick to respond to my email. They requested the Amazon order number and within a couple days I heard back from them that they were going to issue a full refund. Their response time to my email was really quick, they were very professional and extremely polite and issued a refund quickly. I will definitely order from them again. So with their customer service etiquette and response along with the refund, I have changed my review because I will definitely order from them again!

Uncertainty
Sad story, I had planted in landscape tree ring. The tree has been gone, hurricane took it years ago. Had wildflowers in-the same spot a few years ago and they did very well for a 2 years and they turned to just weeds. I cleaned out the location, planted seeds. It’s been very very very dry. Didn’t see much action planted a few more seeds, started to see some growth and my landscaper came through and sprayed it with round up… .

Blooming
These have bloomed the first year, lots of yellow, a few white & lavender. If they comeback they are 5 stars, next year will tell.
