Enzymedica Natto-K Capsules, Vegan, Gluten Free, Kosher - 30 Capsules

I bought this to try and reduce my super high small particulate numbers (1200) in my cholesterol tests. I'm a 65 year old man in relatively good health. I have been taking these for about a month. One at bed time and one during the day between meals. I have not had my cholesterol checked yet but I have been very excited about what I believe to be a great side effect. I have been experiencing some ed symptoms for the past year and a half and am happy to report that this Natto formulation seems to be helping that out pretty dramatically! My wife has noticed that I frequently wake up with a woody and I am able to maintain an erection for much longer. I believe that this could be a result of improved circulation and I am thrilled to say the least. I can’t say enough great things about this product. I’m NOT a doctor but I’ll tell you my story. 9 years ago at the age of 36 I had a massive stroke. The doctors at the hospital wanted to put me on a large dose of coumadin. A friend told me how she dissolved a blood clot in her arm by taking these. With my husband’s help we left the hospital after signing release papers saying I understood my decision. They told me I would die within 6 month without their prescriptions. I started taking 6 per day (2-2-2) for the first year. Plus I changed my diet and added some other supplements that I love by. It been 9 years. I love this product! This is the only one I buy.

This is a high quality enzyme and it works great! I take on empty stomach at night.

The thing about supplements is, you can’t always tell how or if it works without the benefit of comprehensive observation unless there is a dramatic shift. Most don’t provide that in the immediate, so here is my experience. I bought this as a preemptive measure for blood clotting after reading that a certain medical intervention I received had been found to increase the likelihood of clotting in some people. All I can tell you is, as of yet, there has not been clotting. I did notice that some mild reactions quickly dissipated after the first day taking nattokinase. Enzymedica is one of few enzyme brands without excipients (word has it that stearates may interfere with uptake of certain nutrients), and I have used their products with favorable results in the past. I rated it 4 because without benefit of lab observation, I really cannot say if or how it worked. I can only say that I feel fine. I took the suggested dose of 3 per day for 10 days, which is just under the window of time between this medical intervention and clotting. I would not hesitate to use this product again in the off chance the risk of clot were to increase or if and when traveling by plane for any great distance.

I've been taking these and Serrapeptase since last summer. I also have my mom taking them. She has fibrous breast tissues and I have uterine fibroids and fibromyalgia. I find that when I am taking them consistently, I don't experience painful menstrual cycles and my mom has found she has fewer issues with her breasts. This is reason enough for me to keep taking these. I am hoping that, eventually, it helps to dissolve fibrous tissue and inflammation.

In my 60's, I had two trips to the hospital for blockage in my veins. The second time, the doctor said that if I had been an hour later, I would have been dead. So, on came the meds. I hated them. The dosage information is inaccurate. It takes more than one capsule to complete one dosage which makes this product ridiculously expensive especially considering the fact that you notice no effect whatsoever on your circulation.
