DISGUSTING service by Aquaultra
Bought the water filter on 13/4/23. Tried calling numerous times for 2 days - phone disconnects after one ring. Scanned QR code on package. Filled and submitted form. Received email saying someone will contact within 48hrs. - Nothing. Got call from one technician on 18th. Gave residence details. It is 19th. today. Water purifier is lying around and still not installed. They should have been more concerned regarding installation of their product, not the other way around. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME . DISGUSTING and ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT displayed by Aquaultra
