I ordered three slips. One had a leaf and did fine. One without leaves (a stick) and it grew leaves and is doing fine. The third one did not grow. I contacted the customer support information on the mailing paper and they promptly sent two more. Mailing live plants is a tricky business for sure but their customer service team made it right.

I ordered 6, but they arrived without leaves and looked like twigs. Nothing grew from any of them. No leaves. A waste of money.

Received 3 slips and they took beautifully. They are absolutely thriving. Will order from them again.

Product packaged well in protective container and a moist paper around the roots. Cuttings are properly rooting. Instructions for care and planting are included, clear and helpful information.

Slips arrived looking like long match sticks. Nothing green. Very minimal roots. Immediately planted the slips in Pro Mix BX with some AZOS and Mycorrhizal. ZERO survivors. Contemplated an exchange but not really worth the hassle. Lesson learned.

They came pretty dried out, but I followed the instructions and stuck them in water, and they seem to be doing OK. They are in soil now, however, for the price it doesn’t seem like a great value. I think it’s gonna take quite a lot of time for these to grow and I don’t know if I’m gonna be able to get any potatoes before frost.

Very healthy slips. I put 2 in dirt and 1 in water - all seem to be doing very well. I recommend.
