I love dulse brings back memories of my uncle who always brought me dulse from Maine in a brown paper bag. This is great healthy food, moist and flavorful. If you like dulse this is a good product and a great source of iodine.

This dulse is awesome,: fresh, tender, slightly salty, a whole lot yummy!Get it now, there won’t be any more fresh for another year. Did I mention fresh?FYI: Am a transplanted Canuck in California whose grandad was from New Brunswick. Grew up eating dulse, but it was hard to find here (yes, have had the stuff from Maine in Whole Foods, not the same).Even as the internet made it more accessible, getting it fresh from Eastern Canada wasn’t always possible.My suggestion: Get it while it lasts, there is not another harvest for a year. Not sure why anyone would dry it out more, come March it’ll be dry enuf!

I bought 8 ounces two months ago and just now got around to snacking on some as I watch movies. It’s very fresh, clean, tastes great, well packed, a robust purple color, and large pieces. I feel it’s a much healthier salty snack than potato chips etc. I’m very satisfied and glad I bought it.

Had good flavor. Use it in ramen. Price not terrible eitherIf you're not one for seaweed or earthy flavors you probably won't enjoy it. In broth it's earthy slimyish and pretty much melts in your mouth.

I use this to make broth for my miso soup and other sauces. Seems fresh and makes a nice broth. I only gave it four stars because I do not use a lot of dulse and do not have many comparisons to completely evaluate its freshness and taste. However, this is working out well for my uses and I would buy it again.

I like the flavor of dulse and this one is pretty typical. I use it in a heavy metal detox smoothie. Dulse hangs onto the heavy metals ferreted out by blueberries, barley grass extract powder, spirulina,and cilantro. The dulse gets the metals all the way out of the body. If you eat vegan sandwiches, whole dulse is very tasty as a bacon substitute in a BLT (Bacon, lettuce, tomato) sandwich.

The media could not be loaded.  I hate to leave a bad review but this is the second time purchasing this and its awful. The pieces were very difficult to chew! They were extremely hard/tough. There were rocks THROUGHOUT. Some pieces that didn't even taste like dulse. Save your money. (I attached a video)
