I've had pain on one side of my body/hip/neck etc. for years. Finally a yoga instructor suggested that sometimes the psoas muscle gets so tight that it throws everything out of alignment, causing back pain, hip pain, neck pain. In trying to find a way to loosen the muscle, I happened upon the sacro wedgy and purchased it recently. It has been slowly loosening things up and the pain has been greatly reduced and I feel more "centered". This is a fantastic product! Considering all of the money I've spent on doctors, osteopaths, chiropractors, etc. over the years, this is a very inexpensive way to solve the problem.

Don't be deterred in ordering this because the packaging looks outdated. It is - so what? This is incredible! I have been using it, per instructions and it has done wonders for me physically. I have enjoyed it so much with such great results I travel with it and am sharing it with friends and family. I wish I hadn't waited so long before I purchased this weird contraption - I just used it this afternoon and my hip pain goes down.

super helpful think cranio sacra therapy! Have shared mine now with two people sith back issues and both found it very helpful too. Have used it mostly without the black pad for friends and clients.

Sacra Wedgie is good quality and comes with helpful dvd. It takes some getting used to but after having ongoing back issues , I did notice improvement within first few uses

Really learn your body anatomy to use it

I expected this to do wonders for my SI joint pain. I was disappointed for many reasons. First of all, I spent a ton of money and the product came in box that was beat up (not due to transport bc this box was inside the outer amazon packaging). The actual pink rubber part was dirty with scuff marks so it was clearly used. The actual product is just a piece of black foam with a separate rubber piece of rubber and I couldn’t believe i spent so much money on something so simple. I gave it a chance though, and tried it at home, in the car, and at my office. All in all, I didn’t see any improvement and it was impossible to use it on a car seat bc it’s too soft to keep the product in place. Just not worth the hype or money.

The Sacro Wedgy seems to help me stretch my sacrum. I don't have back pain, I used it to loosen my muscles down there.
