It's a useful product.I had made the mistake of purchasing a bad quality washing powder for the machine.Once I put this in the last slot, clothes come out feeling just fine :)If you're already using a good quality easing powder, though, I don't think you'd need it

I have been using it for last 2 months. I'm totally impressed by its smell. It's powerful scent makes your rooms fresh if you hang your shirts in the room. You don't need to use any body spray for at least 2-3 days after washing clothes with this fabric conditioner. Everyone will like this smell and also they may ask you about this..... I am sure.
