I am a life-long tea enthusiast, and I have never had a high-grade tea this fine. It is organic, small farm, delicious, and it delights the mind and body. The best tea in the world, by far.

I like everything about this tea. Package is very rustic, modern and elegant. The taste is smooth and savory. This tea will relax you with the first sip. That is one thing I missed about Japan, really good Green tea.

Pretty good grassy, vegetal sencha flavor, but a little on the bland/weak side per teaspoon. 2nd steep reliably good, 3rd steep kinda mediocre. Mostly intact leaves, very little finings/powder. Minor downsides more than offset by low price. Probably the best value for money sencha I've found on Amazon.

The tea is excellent with a lovely green color. It tastes just like the sencha I had on my recent trip to Japan.

I have a long-time experience of buying Japanese tea from different companies in Japan, including companies in Uji. This tea has nothing to do with sencha - it rather reminds me ordinary Chinese loose green tea. It has no sweetness or umami which you expect from sencha originated in Uji - most venerable tea place in Japan. I also cannot tell when it's been produced - this tea doesn't have any qualities of fresh Japanese tea. Although you can drink it if you like green tea in general, it's a total waste of money if you expect real sencha. Very disappointed.

Awesome sencha tea. This was great and a good price. It’s similar to the sencha I get everywhere else.

wonderful flavor

I did enjoy this Sencha tea and I am able to reuse the leaves one additional time to get the most out of my purchase. It's important to not steep the leaves for too long, or it becomes bitter. When brewed correctly, the leaves have a mild grassy sweetness that I enjoy with a good green tea.
